3 month old sleep schedule
What time does your LO go to sleep for the evening? Do you have a routine yet? Once asleep, what time do they wake up for a bottle? Do they wake during the night at all for a paci? What time are they officially up for the day?
Sorry for the list of questions but I'm curious.

3 month old sleep schedule
My 3 month old goes to sleep around 9 and wakes up for the day around 7, and she is still getting up 3 times a night to eat. I have been trying the paci instead of a feeding and she won't have it.

Re: 3 month old sleep schedule
My DS is 3.5 months and this is his schedule (still trying to work on him sleeping longer):
Bath time around 8/8:30 Bottle right after bath time and he is asleep by 9:15/9:30. Wakes up around 12:30 for a bottle (only drinks 3ounces). Wakes up around 3:30/4 for another 3 ounce bottle . Throught the night he wants his paci on top of his feedings. He sleeps until 7/7:30 than has a 4 ounce bottle. Stays awake for about 2 hours and plays and has tummy time then takes a nap.
We are still working on improving his sleep and trying to eliminate night feedings with the paci but he refuses to give up either one (hes a hungry baby) but it has gotten a lot better the last 3 weeks.

3 month old sleep schedule
Bath at 7/730 5 ounce bottle Nap at 8 ish 3 ounce bottle 10/1030, swaddled and rocked to sleep Sleeps until 630, no night time bottle anymore
He doesn't take a pacifier and if he does wakeup during the night he can generally put himself back to sleep on his own

Re: 3 month old sleep schedule
Wow! Ok, I am totally off in my expectations of what my 3 month old DD should be doing. I've been thinking she should STTN already because my son did at this age. He was sleeping 9:30-7. My DD is asleep by 9:30 but she still needs a bottle at around 4:30/5 in the morning and wakes 1-2 times a night for a paci. I've been STRESSING about it like crazy thinking that I'm doing something wrong. My docs even told me she should be sttn by now but it seems from these responses as if she is doing just fine. I'm a little pissed that they are making me feel as if I need to do CIO with her when maybe she's doing just fine for her age.

3 month old sleep schedule
At 3 months DS was going to bed around 8-9pm. Waking (on a good day at 6am). STTN......did not happen for months. He didn't STTN until 4 months and even then it was a rare night. He would wake anywhere from 1 -3 times per night. And we did have really bad night that were more than 3x.
Naps during the day were when ever he wanted. I never forced a schedule on DS. Now at 20M he is an amazing sleeper and napper.

Re: 3 month old sleep schedule
My DS is now 5 months but he's had the same routine since 2 months.
6:30-7am - Wake up, bottle 10am - bottle 1:30-2pm - bottle 4:30-5pm - bottle 7:45pm - bottle 8pm - bed
Stopped waking up at night at 2 months old. No regular nap schedule yet, he generally gets tired about 2 hrs after he eats and falls asleep.
ETA - Never wakes for a binky. He doesn't really care if it pops out once he's asleep.

DS was STTN starting around 3 months. He would go down around 9pm, I believe, and would wake up around 6am.
We had him CIO though

Re: 3 month old sleep schedule
DS gets his last bottle at 8:00pm and is asleep by 8:30. He usually sleeps until 7-8am so about 12 hours. He has been sleeping thought the night since 7 weeks.

Re: 3 month old sleep schedule
Apparently we are in the minority, but DD is three months and is STTN. She has been since about 6 weeks. She typically goes to bed around 8-9pm and wakes up around 7:30/8am.

Re: 3 month old sleep schedule
For those who have their DC sttn, what is your routine like to help them sttn. Bath time? Swaddle? Etc... I've tried swaddling DS but he breaks through. He takes the paci but if it falls out he cries until its placed back in his mouth.

How did you do it? (If you don't mind my asking)
We had a bedtime routine that consisted of Bath, Bottle, Book, and Bed (we called it "The Four B's" ). When we put him in bed, we would give him the pacifier and turn on the mobile (without the music though since it ended up distracting him from sleep).
In the beginning, he cried when we put him down but we kind of did a modified version of CIO. We just let him cry until it sounded like he was getting frantic. At that point, we went him, calmed him down (either gave him the pacifier, or sometimes we'd have to pick him up to relax him) and left the room again. This went on for an hour or two sometimes.
We did something similar for naps except we used the Sleep Sheep rather than the mobile.
It took a week or two but he figured it out and has been mostly good sine then.

Re: 3 month old sleep schedule
DS is 3 1/2 months old.
He goes to sleep between 7-8 and sleeps all night. Wakes for the day at 6:30. He gets sleepy again at 8:30 and takes about an hour long nap.
DH gets up for work at 3am and sometimes if he makes too much noise, it'll wake DS. If that happens, I get up to give him a paci and he goes back to sleep (or I take him to bed with me to cuddle ).
ETA: There's no real routine other than bath at 6-6:30ish and then he gets his last bottle.
