2WW question
This might be a dumb question.
Is AF always due about 14 days after O? I want to work backwards to estimate what day I O'd.
I tried using OPK's last month but did not get a good reading bc I was POAS rather than dipping, so I basically wasted $30 hahaha. But lesson learned.

I think for most its about 14 days but I usually only have a 1-12 luteal phase - if you bbt and opk together you should figure it out .....gl

No. That's just the average they use, just like the average is a 28 day cycle. Every person is different. For me it was 10 or 11 days.
