2ww and a fever/cold
So I am 3dpo and I woke up with a horrible cold. It is now worse and I now have a fever. Do you think its safe to take tylenol?

Yup!! My RE's office said Tylenol is absolutely fine, but stay away from Advil!!
Feel better!!!!!!!!!!!
