2nd trimester Gals-feeling great ???

Hi Ladies,

Ok I think its just my paranoia BUT I am feeling great in the 2nd trimester, beside occaisiol days of swollen feet and some sciatica pain, stuffy nose I feel good, it makes me nervous that I feel so good..

The doctor said the 2nd tri is the "honeymoon phase" the time to feel good and enjoy it because once the 3rd tri hits you usually feel tired, big, etc..

Please tell me I am not the only paranoid one here! HA HA

enjoy it while it lasts... i'm approaching the end of the 2nd tri and i am really starting to feel crappy again!

I am feeling great too and also paranoid. I know it will change down the line, but I am enjoying it right now.

it definetly is the honeymoon phase.. I do the occasional nausea and vomiting (very rare), swelling, stuffy nose and the fact that I cry at the drop of a hate.. all is well..

i am jealous! unfortunately with 2 babies in there I haven't felt great at any point in the 2nd trimester. I have more energy and am not nauseas anymore like the 1st trimester, but I am in constant pain (back, belly, legs, feet).

Thanks Ladies, its just hard, our next check up is in 1.5 weeks and this is the longest span, about 4 weeks since we have been to the doctor which is the norm.

Yes, the crying at the drop of a hat is still happeneing, yesterday was a tough one! HA HA

From everything I have read and heard your SUPPOSED to feel great your second trimester but I kinda feel worse!

I am at 17.5 weeks and I feel more nausious (I hardly felt anything 1st semester) and although I dont feel AS tired, that burst of energy has NOT happened and I have back pain now.. boo!

19 weeks and 3 days and I feel great... just fat and bloated but otherwise this so beats the 1st trimester!!

Def enjoy it! I'm in my second trimester too, and feeling great (aside from those same things as you -- and getting winded ALL THE TIME). Just enjoy!!!!

I have been feeling really good too. Occasionally tired but the nausea has really cut down quite a bit. I still check to TP everytime I go to the BR. Im so paranoid. I wish that would stop but I have a feeling it wont for me until my little girl is here safe and sound.

I'm only 14 weeks so I'm a little nervous to say this being so soon into the second tri...BUT...it was as if a light switch went on at 13.5 weeks to the DAY when I started to feel better. Hoping it hasn't just been a flukey few days!

I feel great! 17.5 weeks but I have felt great all along. this weekend I started to really feel the baby more then just flutters. it kinda feels like poking

I just enjoy it now becuase who knows how long it will last!

I think its normal to feel good at any point. it doesn't have to be bad all the time
