OMG Karissa!! That's GREAT news!! Congratulations on being considered for such a promotion!!!!!  Sure the money is going to be great (should you decide to accept)....but even better: would you have your own office, and no longer have to worry about some jackarse leaving his sweaty shirts over the wall of your cube, or clipping his toenails in the office????? 
as a manager, you'd be able to implement new office policies!!!
