2.5 year old fever
My dd woke up at 4 am with a fever, anywhere between 100.8 to 101.3 thermometer gave me different readings.
Gave tylenol she went back to sleep.
Woke up no fever.
Now fever is back up to 101.5- 101.7 again different readings. Just gave her tylenol.
No other symptoms. Shes got an appetite. Shes plahingm happy. A slight cough but im not worrried about it.
We were out in the snow yesterday playing for like 30-60 min.
What can i do beyond tylenol?
Do i call the dr yet?

My 2 year has the same thing the past 2 days. The doctor told me to monitor it and keep up with fluids. The highest his temp was 101.5, now it is hovering around 100

DD has this thing.
She's 3 had a higher fever (103).
Went away after a day of tylenol.
Took her into doc & she got tested for flu. Neg.
