21mm follicle @cd8?
It's mature! Holy crap! They are thinking I will surge today or tomorrow. I'm so shocked bc I'm not due to O til next Monday. Heading to the urologist for DH- slight MF :/ hoping the dr can give us a good report. Pray for me ladies!! I have a 19mm on LT but that tube is blocked so we are pushing for this RT follie!

I'm also on clomid 50mg. Today was CD12 and my big one is 18.5mm.
Good luck!! Hopefully that right follicle will release a nice mature egg for you!!

They think I will O today or tomorrow and if not, the RN said to come in Friday to trigger. Isn't that too far away? Would the egg downgrade if it doesn't O by then?

I've always had the trigger every clomid cycle so I don't know what happens if you wait and then don't O. I would also think your follicle might get out of the ideal size range by friday - especially since they grew so fast.
If you're supposed to O today or tomorrow, couldn't you go in Thurs for trigger?

Good luck!! They said I might go early as well but as of today I don't have a smiley. I didn't know anything can happen to the mature egg if you don't O right away!!! I am at 22.5 as of yesterday. I go for bloodwork again tomorrow

No call yet from RE so I prob did not surge today. I'm very sore though! Really bad O pains but did an OPK and no smiley. I will BD tonight and check again tomorrow. I hope you get your smiley soon! This is so suspenseful lol

That's what DH said. The nurse said Friday but I'm going to try and get myself in on Thursday. I always O every month normal so hoping the clomid isn't screwing with that and I'll need a trigger.

I went this morning (CD 13) and my lead follicle was 21.5mm. I thought for sure they would say to trigger tonight, but she said "hmmm... i'd like to go one more day". They are going to wait to see my bloodwork results for final decision to see if my LH has started to surge.

I made my appt for tomorrow to trigger if I haven't O'ed. We BD this am and will tonight if no smiley. This waiting sucks!!! I hope you get yours also. Our follies are ready!

I went today as well. My lead follie is 24 and my smaller is 17. Hoping I don't surge till its 19 or so. I am going back tomorrow (6:45)! If I don't surge today. I can either trigger and go in fri but I kind of hope I can trigger Friday and go in Sat. Much easier for us on the weekend. Good Luck ladies. See you during our 2ww!!!

I just got the call... i've started surging. I give myself the shot tonight and then IUI tomorrow morning. If i havent ovulated by morning, i'll have another IUI on Friday. So excited!! Hope you are all surging soon. See you all in the horrible 2WW!! :)

arrghhh! now that i got the call, i can't concentrate at all on work!! And i've been over an hour late to work every day this week bc of monitoring. I wan't to do a happy dance that i'm surging. LOL

How will you know if you haven't ovulated by the morning?? Have they given you a sono before your IUI?? I thought if you surge then O is inevitable?

Yeah, they do a sono before the IUI. I have PCOS so my surge isn't always strong enough on it's own. Giving trigger shot tonight around 8pm, so with IUI only 12 hrs later, i likely will not ovulate by morning. But the 2nd IUI would be right at the 36 hour mark, so between the 2 i should be covered.
This is my 3rd round of clomid with LI IVF and i've always needed the 2nd IUI.
Originally they told me to bring ovidrel tomorrow morning and they'd give it to me, but since i started surging on my own, they didnt want to wait.

I just got the call that I am surging. So drop off is 720 tomorrow! I am a little bummed. Hope my second follie catches up by tomorrow. I want to take the day off but my boss is out today so I feel guilty. Would be much easier if my body cooperated and surged Friday  I guess my beta will be before AF is due!

AHHHHH I'm so jealous of all these surging follies!!!! My girls are still staying put 
hoping tomorrow I will get the good news to go ahead! My ovaries are so painful! Leaned against a desk to grab something and saw stars! Hoping my IUI is friday **fingers crossed**
