Did anyone get PG through IUI?
I don't really post alot, and when I do it is usually on the TTC board but I'm hoping you nice ladies will help me out if you can.
DH and I have been TTC for about 11 months now. We just had our first IUI and I'm reading on the infertility board of people having to go through it 5 or more times and still have no success. I have to pay for this out of pocket since my insurance does not cover fertility treatments.
So, I'm just wondering, if any of you had IUI, how many cycles did it take for you to get your BFP?

We are a IUI success story! We saw an RE for about a year and finally got pg through IUI. I was taking clomid - I would get cysts on my ovaries when I did injections and would lose a month of trying so I opted to stick with clomid every month.
I have a blocked tube, DH has a low sperm count and we welcomed our little girl into the world this July.
Yes, IUI can take a few months to work. The chances aren't that much higher than TTC on your own, but there are many women on here that have successful IUI stories.

i was going to say the same thing. it's practically just like doing the deed.
i have a mild case of pcos and got pg on our 2nd cycle of iui (i used injectable meds.)
