2/9 I was bad and ran even though I'm still stuffy - eh, the nasal spray at 2:30am kept me able to breathe :P
2.93 miles, 32 min
My goal is to get to 3 miles in 32 min this week! I'm doing wk 4 of C25K again to build on some speed and endurance.

2/11 - 20 minute fast walk at lunch 1 hr 40 minute circuit training workout with Azad. Don't even know what we did but it was insane and I LOVED it Burned 1150 calories!

2/11 45 min Pilates reformer class 30 mins treadmill walking/running at one minute intervals each.
2/12 30 mins treadmill walking/running at one minute intervals each.
