20 week appt
and this is going to be the first time I go in there and he tells me I gained like 5 pounds  ....Im scared!!!!!!!!!!!! Probably gained a total of 7 so far ...is this avg for this time?

Around the 20 week mark many PG women gain somewhere around 7-10lbs, its normal because the baby goes through a growth spurt. I gained 8 lbs in one month but the dr wasn't concerned at all.

I was up about 6 pounds at 18 weeks, and then had a huge jump to 20 pounds by week 25.
