20 month sleep regression

What can you tell me? Did anyone child go through this? How long did it last? DD was always a great sleeper. But the last 2 nights she has been getting up. Two night ago, it was to play. Last night she got up really crying like she was scared. Then after that she got up a few times again and was very fidgety. I don't think it's teething because she seemed like she was more scared than in pain. Any ideas?

20 month sleep regression

My daughter had 2 regressions. 1 at 18 months that lasted like a month where she would wake up in the middle of the night and stay up for 3 hours. She would wake crying but when I went in to check on her she just wanted me to stay. I used to sleep on her floor! LOL and she would just stay awake in her crib for 3 hours.

Then she had another after she turned 2. This started with waking up like she was scared and wanted to come into bed with me. She has NEVER wanted to be in bed with me she has always loved her crib. She would go back to sleep in my bed and after an hour, tops, I would put her back in her crib and she would sleep fine BUT she would wake CRAZY early like 530-6.
AND she was fighting bedtime. No matter how we tried to get her to bed at her normal bedtime she would roll around and freak if I left the room before she fell asleep. This would go on for an hour to hour and a half some nights. So she was going to bed around 9pm, waking in the middle of the night then getting up at 530-6.
She was also fighting her naps.

And this lasted for like a month or a lil over a month.

It was tough cause she was a mess all day too from being so overtired.

20 month sleep regression

My DS has had some crazy sleep regressions. Around 20 months he would wake up after about 5 hours of sleep and just play in his crib for 3-4 hours (so from 1 am to about 4 am, sometimes later). He wouldn't cry, just coo or talk to himself and eventually fall back asleep for a couple hours. Now at almost 23 months he's sttn this week alright, but I'm always waiting for those middle of the night play sessions to start happening again.
