2 questions: IUI & Working Out/ IUI & BD
I posted this same question on the infertility board so I apologize for the repetitiveness of the question.
Since last month I'm trying to make better choices health wise and lose those pesky pounds that are left over from my first pregnancy. I have been doing Zumba for the past few weeks about 5 days a week and love it. My concern is that all the jumping and dancing is not okay to do on the day I have my IUI. Im having my IUI done early in the morning and the class isn't until 8:00 tomorrow night so there is a decent amount of tíme in between. What are your thoughts?
My second question is: DH and I were thinking to bd tonight even though I have my IUI in the morning just in case I ovulate on the early side (I think my RE keeps missing when the egg is released). Is this a bad idea and will it lessen my chances tomorrow of good sperm production?

I would say take it easy tomorrow night, indulge in a quiet night at home- just in case.
As for BD tonight, don't!! Lol drs tell you not to the night before the IUI. I would assume it would affect his sperm quality.

Def don't BD tonight. It will affect his sperm count/quality. Even if your egg releases early the sperm will catch it. Bd tomorrow night instead of Zumba. Good luck!

I was told no Zumba after IUI. Wait 24 hours.
Also no swimming / bath for at least 2 days as well.
