1st . off the pill question

DH and I decided to let my prescription run its course and I finished my last pill pack at the end of March.

Got AF on Tuesday but it only lasted 2 days and then 1 day light spotting--- is this normal? Before the pill I was a regular 28 day cycle and 5 days in length...on the pill it was regular and about 4 days long.

We are going to wait another 2 cycles to officially TTC but should I go to the doctor about this, especially since I've heard that for most women its a really bad period the first time off the pill???

I was on the pill for awhile and my cycles were out of whack for a few months after going off. I think it's normal to have irregular periods for a few months, even with some spotting in between. If you are concerned you should definitely call your dr - at least to let him/her know you are thinking of TTC soon, if you haven't already mentioned it. GL!!

This happened to me as well.

I'd wait it out as well unless you really feel strongly about going to the Dr. I definitely had a light period instantly and then BAMMMM I was hit with the WITCH of all Periods the next month.

my cycles are still off and i have been off bcp since feb.

I went off in feb, got af march 15 and not again until may 7!
