1st IUI Today
Today was my first IUI. I took ovidrel, among many other meds. Ovulated yesterday, which was confirmed by bloodwork.
Despite being on 150 mg of Clomid, I only had one follicle.
Today was day 18 of my cycle. I have a luteal phase defect and ovulate late.
When would you start testing? How many DPO or days past IUI?

10 or 11dpo. Testing earlier may give you BFN when you are indeed pregnant.

Good Luck!!!!! Since you took the ovidrel shot it may stay in your system for 12 days. I would either test the shot out or wait until 12dpo. I made the mistake of testing early, got a pos, got all excited, then was reminded I took the shot and the shot is HCG...false pos and I was so upset.
