1st IUI - Not Sucessful
I'm so upset right now, the dr. jsut called with my beta and it was negative. I know its so rare for IUI to work the first time but I was just so sure and this sux. I burst out crying to the nurse on the phone and just cried to DH. I just don't get why this is so hard. And now its Thangksiginv and my family is in town and we have a wedding luncheon for my sister who got married this summer and I'm suppsoed to be all happy and all I want to do is be home. I'm sorry but I really needed to vent. It never gets easier, even when you tell yourself to be prepared for that negative, you just never can be.

It is so hard, such a disappointment. right now I know you want to be home, but maybe after spending the weekend with family, it will be kind of a distraction too.

Mine was too, then i found out i had to have surgery and remove a tube etc...well, then i did another and that didnt take..my last one did. My husband said to me last xmas, wouldnt it be amazing to have a baby next XMAS and i was so down..all my friends were having babies and of course we had to visit them all at the holidays, ugh..and i was loosing a tube, told i had severe endo and that my existing tube sucked and i would be lucky to get preggo without IVF and guess what I got preggo on my last attempt at IUI, hang in there..i really lost my faith at the holidays as they are such a hard time..now i am awaiting my baby who is due any day now..i still cant believe it. It will happen! Trust me, i know what you are going through.
