1st Haircut, what age?
DS is only 11 months and i refuse to cut his hair, but it's getting out of control in the back.
DH thinks I am nuts that I want to wait, but to me it's such a big event for some reason

don't go by age - go by hair length

DS 3 months. His hair was past his eyes. DD 1 year. My original plan was to wait until they were at least a year old but for DS he needed it much sooner.
