I was curious, roughly how much does it cost for a character who does balloons cost?

Was thinking of doing a Mickey Mouse/Emo/Blues Clues theme (one of those, not all 3 lol)

I will be having DS's 1st birthday in late March/early April at our condo rec room and wanted to know roughly how much one of these costs.

We're on a budget, but still need something for the older kids (including my DS who will be 4). He's not the arts/crafts kind of kid.
