I love the Step 2 Push Buggy! I just bought two for my friends twins. My son at 3 yrs old will still hop in it for a ride! 
Or you could get a red wagon and fill it with some outdoor fall toys.

books, books and books. My DS loves them and take it from a mom who has family that spoils my DS, they take up like no room

Any fisher price ride on toy. We have one that looks like a school bus that DS still plays with every day at 3 yrs old.
The Little People Racing Ramps Garage was a hit, too.
