1st birthday
Invited to a 1st bday. Pretty close with these people. DOnt want to give a check. Invitation said "no gifts" we are not going empty handed. They are reallllllly simple people. Thinking a basket full of books?

Books are great.
A gc for stride rite would also be nice. They grow through those expensive little shoes fast at that age.

they probably said no gifts because they don't want physical items. Honestly, i would write a check in that situation because if I didn't want any gifts, I would still appreciate a college fund donation lol
