19 DPO????

No, I'm not pregnant (just wanted to get that out there )

But I'm wondering if anyone can educate me here.

Last month I was 19 DPO before I officially got AF. I'm pretty darn positive when I OV (temps and CM) and ivillage confirmed my OV date and at first even put the big ole preg flower on my chart, but I tested and I wasn't so the site just took the flower off.

What I'm wondering is . . . why would I go 19 DPO? Isn't the lutal phase pretty regular?

Also I typically spot for a few days before AF. I know you are supposed to wait until the "red flow," but I was so crushed about getting a BFN last month that I just don't want to get my hopes up again. And as I approach the end of my 2WW I'm starting to get nervous.

Could I have been pregnant last month???

I'm just really confused

You may have O'ed late (those fertility sites aren't always totally correct). If you got a BFN at 19DPO, then, no, I don't think you were pg.

Why worry about what could've been? It doesn't matter at this point anyway.

What is your "normal" luteal phase?

The problem is that I don't really know what's normal for me yet. I've been off BCP for 5 months and charting for 3, but none of my charts seem very "regular".

So, are you at 14DPOnow? Do you have fluctuations in what time you take your temp?The chart's are hard to read because they are so small.
