How much are you giving them? I just realized I've been giving him the same dosage since we started...

We started at 6 months with one full dropper and the ped said the dosage won't change till 24 months old.

same dosage forever according to my ped
I asked him because DS (14m) is the average size of a 2 year old so I always have to ask about dosage.
