How much extra B6 do you take?
I am pretty certain I have an 8-9 day lp..I am already taking 80mgs in my multivitamin. How much more can I take without taking too much? I heard too much can cause nerve damage or other side effects?
Also, Can I take Vitex with the extra amount of B6 or just take one or the other??

I have to look at my bottle when i get home but I think it is 100mg. Whatever it is I read that you can take double that per day....

Just looked this morning and I take 100mg in addition to Citrical (sp?).
