If I can swear I ovulated on July 4th,
then why are my boobs so sore today??? I got AF the day before Father's Day, so ovulating the 4th would make sense. I even had the mittilshmerz thing (pain on the side). So then why would my chest be so sore so early?

Perhaps from the immediate change of hormones as you go from the Follicular Phase to the Luteal Phase?

But they usually get sore right before I get my period. For instance, if I o'd on the 6th, I'd be expecting AF on the 20th or so. So I would experience soreness around the 16th. So this is so early.

Hmm... I don't really know BUT for you to go from ovulating to having PMSish type symptoms that quickly is odd..
If its something unusual for you and you have been TTC THEN you just never know ..I've read that some PG ladies swear that they felt symptoms immediately after ovulation/conception , even though its often said you canot possibly feel symptoms that early
Could it be that you miscalculated your ovulation date and that you actually ovualted EARLIER than you think?

No, because that would make for a really SHORT cycle and I've never had it shorter than 28 days. And I had the pains that normally accompany ovulation.

No, I'm the lazy a$$ who buys it and then never uses it.  Time will tell.  But I guess it could be possible that my body is playing games with me. The stress level the past 2 weeks has been small  wtih school being out, so maybe it is trying to regulate.

I heard that the increase in progesterone after you O can cause boob pain. I had it this cycle as well.

Since I have been TTC, my boobs ache very soon after I O, it stinks cause then I have PMS for almost 2 full weeks. I think for me it is influenced by my brain, because I have been TTC for over a year so I am a little preoccupied with every twinge that happens in my body.
I hope for you, you are one of those that get PG symptoms right away.
