12 Month Sleep Regression/Anxiety?
So my son just turned 1 yesterday and he all of sudden started fighting his sleep at bedtime to the point of crying hysterically...he was crying so badly that he made himself throw up last night...I dont know if its sleep regression or something else...he has been sleeping through the night since he was 3 months and he goes down for his naps easy...I just feel so bad

12 Month Sleep Regression/Anxiety?
Their sleep patterns will change. It could be anything. I have no real advice cause we just always roll with it but my DS was a horrible sleeper for most of the time.
We had a phase where the light had to be on, we slept on his floor a few nights holding his hand.
