10 week old with low fever?
DS temp is 99.7 - he is 10 weeks old. What should I do? Call the ped? Is it not that serious? Does he need tylenol?

I would call and ask about the appropriate dosage of tylenol if he needs it.

My DD always ran warm.
I think the rule of thumb for newborns is anything over 100.4 is a cause for concern.
