1 yr old gift question
Would you get a small toy and a bond or toys/clothing for a 1 year old birthday party? They are having a fairly large party so I'm thinking they are going to have a ton of toys.

Do you know if they're in need of clothing? If not, I think the savings bond and the small gift is a great idea.
At a year, even a small toy is / can be a big deal to the child....and the savings bond is something they will appreciate later and that I'm sure the parents would appreciate....Especially if it's a big party with lots of gifts coming...

Definitely a bond and either a small toy or books! I know at that age DS had more toys than books but he loved reading - still does.
