After a month of nonsense, first they send all our paperwork to the wrong address - which set us back about 4 weeks...
NOW because the original contract said close by May 30, they want and updated extension signed by both purchaser and sellers before they can fund the loan
It has been one nightmare after the next and now this could cost us the tax credit, esp if the seller is away or something...

I thought you had a 30 day grace period from the on or about closing date??
I have to contact my attorney about this tomorrow...
