I have no idea how it might affect your chances, but regardless, if it were me I wouldn't want to be around smoke at all if I was TTC or not!!  But, that's just me, I personally can't stand the smell.
Could you ask them to do you the courtesy of NOT smoking for the couple of hours you plan on being there?

Obviously, by 10:30, you've already made your decision. However, I would have gone 100%. I smoked right up until I got my first BFP and my mom smoked throughout all her pregnancies. I'm sure millions of babies were conceived by mothers hanging out in smoky bars all night long!  I really doubt some second-hand smoke for a short period would hurt anything.
