i think different drs call them different things...
but the glucose test tests to see if you have gestational diabetes... you have to go and drink a sugary orange drink, then an hour later they take your blood. If you "fail" the test- you have to go again, but for a 3 hour test, where they take your blood, drink the drink again, then get blood taken every hour 3 more times...

Glucose - tests sugar levels for Gestational Diabetes
Ultrascreen - an ultrasound paired with bloodwork that helps determine potential risk for Down Syndrome and Trisomy. You will be given a result of 1 in X chance of the baby having these issues. During the sono, the doc measures the fold in the back of the baby's neck (Also called the Nuchal Translucency or First trimester screening). Must be done before 13w, 6 days.
Level II - Sonogram done around 18-20 weeks (sometimes a little earlier/later) that does a lot of measurements of all the body parts (anatomical scan) and analysis of brain, heart, etc.
