Re: How early do you get symptoms? (long)
WOW- We are so much alike. I feel bad for my DH as well. I will say this. It is good to be aware of your body but many ladies are guilty of over dramatizing every feeling, pain, weirdness, change in CM...anythihg. Everyone is different and some people will feel signs right away but don't foget that our minds are so powerful and stress will affect us also which can also delay AF which will freak you out even more. If I were you I would honestly just chill out until my cycles were normal again and use other protection in the meantime then once it seems normal start charting temps and stuff. For now I would just watch my days and worry about temps and CM later on like in 2-3 months. JMHO. Good luck, I truly hope it works out the way you want it to though I have learned we cannot always plan things so WATCH OUT...

Re: How early do you get symptoms? (long)
I was never on the pill and many times I thought I might have been pg over the years and had every symptom in the book but never actually pg. My first month trying, again, every symptom in the book and I'm talking WEIRD things that NEVER EVER happened to me and, low and behold, no pg. My second month trying I was so depressed because I felt totally normal and figured I wasnt but, BFP!
My point, I think anxiety, stress and hope can do funny things to us and really make you have these symptoms. Not saying you are not pg but saying it is possible to have symptoms and not be. Hope this helps

randi - when r u due to get your period?
either Jan 9th, or the 16th-- depending on what my cycle is doing this month.
Before the pill I had a 34 day cycle, which I had my first month off the pill. Second cycle was like 42 days-- so, I am hoping this month is back to my pre-BCP cycle but I may still not be regular. Got my last period on Dec 6th.
Ok so too early to take a test. YOu can def create symptoms to some extent...I did that to myself one month earlier this year. The only sympton that does seem weird to me tho and harder to create is the sore nipples...from waht I have read, that is a big sign. But who knows - are minds can be funny. SO, basically I'm no help!

definitely too early for anything. I am just going to chill and live life like I normally would.., because I don't think I am prego-- but still, I can't help but wonder because that is just the kind of person I am.
That two week wait site is interesting though-- after reading a couple of the posts-- a couple of other things occured to me-- but, with enough people having different feelings-- there is probably always something to identify with-- so, really, it's all about your own body.
Absolutley. I just think that once the mereidea of TTC enters our minds we become much more acutely aware of everything and if you continue to do that you will drive yourself and possibly you SO crazy with all of it so I think and many women here would probably agree that it's best if you can just try to relax and let nature take its course. Good luck, wishing you baby dust for whenever it is that you want it...
