So cute! At least she was awake, when I took Hayley last year she slept so Santa held her sleeping while they took the picture.

So cute!!! Thats our Santa too. Last year my daughter had the hugest pout on her face but those are cute pics too. Just a reflection of where they are at in their lives - especially with strangers.  I love her outfit. It's amazing how much tinier the kids look next to that Santa LOL
