Is anyone annoyed by their own mother now that they are pregnant?
I really thought this would bring my mother and I closer together, but she is SO excited and so in-my-face about everything that I just find myself pushing away from her. Her and my Dad just visited DH and I for 4 days and I wanted to shoot myself...I just had this feeling like "this is my house and this is my life, so stop trying to make it yours"...I feel ashamed for feeling this way, but I can't help it.
Does anyone know what I mean? Have you gone through anything similar? Maybe it is just my raging hormones

lol and it only gets worse!!! now that Jiavana is here she is always saying do this, or do that...etc
I'm like geeze, I know how to take care of DD!!!!!!!!

I get tag teamed by the older generations. They tell me how us girls today dont do this right, that right etc... "In our days they didnt tell until 3 months", "In our days they didnt do sonos", "In our days you couldnt know the sex", In our days you gained more then a pound a week" etc..... I am annoyed by mine and everyone elses mother...HAHA

my mom has been helpful but I do get the occasional comments from her , my grandma and my step dad who has never even raised kids about how to raise my son or what to do while Im pregnant and not to gain too much weight ugh. my favorite was when I was in labor with my son and I had a contraction my step dad looked at the monitor and actuatly had the nerve to say that didnt look like a bad contraction while my teeth were grinding in pain because i refused meds at first lol needless to say i cursed him out.

Yeah not by my choice my mom snuck him in there me and dh were ticked off all I wanted in there was my dh and mom for some of it not the whole time either but my step dad came in and was pactically refusing to leave even when the doc asked him to ugh so glad not going through labor this time lol
