say by 4-6 feet...

i know that extending the foundation is pretty pricey...no idea how much. plus it raises your taxes.

what is the other dimension, 4-6ft by
what?
is it a basment, slab or crawlspace, one story or two? will there be windows, doors or plumbing in the new wall?
what kind of siding does the house have, would you replace all of it?
there are a lot of variables, I'd say it could range from 20k to 100k or more.

We're extedning ours by about 10 ft, and figure it will cost us around $15,000 - but we're planning on doing a lot of the work (ie digging foundations) ourselves.
