Implantation cramps, one side or all over?
For me, AF cramps are all over (nothing major, just a bit dull) and O cramps are distinctly one side (still dull). Yesterday I was 1DPO.
Yesterday I was about to get up to workout when I got the oddest feeling. It was sharp cramping all over that area that lasted about 10 minutes. It subsided but is a bit dull still all over. And it's not gas.
My DH was so cute and rubbed my belly saying, you can do it, stick, stick!!!
Anybody have any advice?

For me I have only had them once out of 3 pregnancies and felt them on one side.

I have had cramps started 3 days after DPO. I am now 7 wk PG.
I still have them now. They felt slightly different that AF pain.
They alternate between the left and right side.

I had cramps on my right side last time I O'd.
ETA Sorry I thought you were talking about O cramps. Oops.
