I overpacked....this time around I know better....

undies, maybe. I wore the hospital ones because I didn't want to ruin my own. No one saw, I didn't care.
* you'd be surprised at how often you're going to get up to pee/change your pad, plus the nurses check your episiotimy/tear and for hemmerhoids.
snacks

my own pillow
shamppo./conditioner for shower, razor too.
camera
that's about it.

If you are delivering at Winthrop..bring your own towel! The bath towels there felt like sandpaper and they were the size of large washclothes!
