washing baby items
Did any of you wash like washclothes, bibs, blankets, socks, etc before baby was born? What about their clothes? I thought I was told to wait to see what size they are once born.

I washed all bibs, burp cloths, sheets, blankets, and 0-3 month stuff. HTH

I did wash somethings I knew I'd need right away-- some blankets, sheets, washclothes.
I washed some clothes, but it is true- it depends on how big the baby is and what clothes he/she will fit into. I washed 0-3 month clothes... and he only fit into preemie!
My MIL and Mom did washes for when I got home from the hospital.

I washed as much as I could - i figured i should b/c i had the time then and everything is so small that i'd rather do a "big" load than millions of small ones (even still by the time you sort out the colors and types and all...they're tiny loads!!) -plus I had so so much fun doing it and then putting it away!

I just wached the PJ's, onesies and crib sheets.
i wish i didnt wash all the onesies because I have so many and will probably NOT use them
