Is it ok to have a McD's
...cheesburger once in awhile? I am craving for one right now and i want to get one. I never eat McDonalds maybe like twice or once per month.

after i went for my emergency bloodwork today i treated myself to nuggets and fries, i figured i deserved it and since i barely it i didnt feel so bad

honestly ladies, women smoke and drink and still have healthy babies come out - I'm sure a McWhatever will not cause too much damage!!!

It's fine. I have it but try not to eat it too often otherwise I'd be huge! Everything in moderation is fine.

I had a few days in my first trimester where I could only eat happy meals and plain burgers from Burger King. I felt that eating crap was better than eating nothing.

I had them throughout my whole pregnancy and only gained 18 pounds total at 35 weeks. It probably isnt the healthiest but it was quick when I was starving at work. I probably have done it 4-5 xs a month.

For me it was Wendy's. But I totally agree, unless you are eating for the entire 40 weeks constantly, you will be fine!
