When did you go from stage 1 to 2 foods
DS is still eating stage 1 foods and he is 6.5 months old. Also when did you go from 2 to 3 servings of solids.

We switched to stage 2 when Christopher was 5 months, mainly because the stage 1s weren't satisfying his appetite any more. I can't remember when we went to 3 servings  , but probably, once again, when he wasn't satisfied with just 2.

ANdrew is 5 months and the ped told us to go up to 3 servings a day and he will start him on meats at 6 months.n

I basically go right to stage 2 and just use 1/2 if I think its too much, and she'll have the other half the following day.
We are still only do two meals a day - morning around 10 a.m. and evening around 6:30 p.m. Not sure when I'll go to 3 meals a day.

I started Stage 2 fruits and veggies at 5.5 months - when he finsihed trying all stage 1's. I went to 3 meals a day and added meat mixtures as lunch at 6 months (this was per my ped).

ds is 7 months and i still have some stage 2s to use up, but i've started giving him some stage 2s because he seems hungry. i only started him on fruits and veggies at 6 months though.

SN is almost 8 mths and we are on 2nd stage.. really switched after we tried a few at 6 mths..
I have a silly question.. when they say meats does it mean chicken and rice etc.. or is there some other type of meats out there???

Nicholas is almost 6 months old and we are at 3 meals a day, but still doing Stage 1 foods.

We are still doing stage 1 for veggies and fruit. For lunch, I give him stage 2 meat but only half a jar. He eats the other half the next day.

DD will be 6 mos on Saturday and we're still on 2 meals a day and stage one. I'd guess we'll move to stage 2 within the next few weeks. She is a little behind bc my ped didnt want to start solids until 5 mos since she has so much trouble with a/r and digestive issues.

I never really did stage 1. At 5 months only gave her cereal. now she gets stage 2 veggies.
