UPDATE!!!! One of my tests came back...
I am happy to report that my blood work came back and I do not have a thyroid problem. 
My medical doctor thinks it is a cardiac problem exacerbated by stress....hummmmm, I have a 5 month old, I am working P/T, DH is working F/T and going to school for his MBA, and now I have to take all of these tests to determine what the heck is going on with me, do you think I am stressed???  He is consulting with my cardiologist as I type this.
Next, I have the cardiac MRI and Stress test on November 15th. Hopefully those test will go well too!
