Giving up Coffee
I read in a magazine that you should not have coffee while TTC ... Did you give up cofee...

I used to drink about 3 cups per day, 2 in the AM and one in the afternoon. I just cut back to only 1 small one in the AM and it has been hard but worth it! My next step is to switch to half-caf.

I haven't given up coffee, I think I would die, no really. I get awful migranes and the only thing that help is a cup of joe.
And I only drink 1 medium sized DD in the morning.

I don't think I would give up coffee until I actually got PG.
What did the article say? was it more difficult to concieve or just not recommended?

Not giving up coffee til I have to. I think if I am not able to conceive, the caffeine wouldnt be the reason why it isn't happening.

Yes. It's been hard, real hard. I had quite the little habit. But hopefully the worst headaches are over. I still drink 1-2 cups of green tea a day, but its supposed to have 1/4 of the caffeine of coffee.

I did. First, I cut back and then I switched to green tea. It still has caffeine but not as much and I'm not drinking as much green tea as I did with coffee.

I gave up caffeine. I was a coffee drinker and a HUGE diet soda drinker. After reading what the fake sugars do to your metabolism (among other things) I stopped completley. I actually feel better now that I don't have to depend on making sure I get that caffine in, because I too got terrible headaches....
