YouTube Workout Videos?
Can anyone suggest someone to follow on YouTube for workout videos? I had a Beachbody subscription and they just tried charging me $180 for an upgraded subscription so I cancelled.

Search up Heather Robertson videos. She's great. She does these set week workouts you can do over 6-7 weeks and she does lots of daily workouts. You can follow her weekly or just pick random workouts. Doesn't cost anything and they're fun

I pretty much only do YouTube workouts.
I will usually search for what I am in the mood for, or I will just do whatever
EMKFit
has most recently posted.
Some other good ones:
MadFit
Yoga with Adriene
Grow with Jo
Some of these channels have more workouts behind a paywall, but it is still less $ than Beachbody.
Fitness Marshall has short videos on youtube, but his full workouts are for members.

YouTube Workout Videos?
I highly recommend E2M - Eager to Motivate Fitness. I've been doing it about 10 months and it's the only thing I've been able to stick with. I'm not great about doing it all the time, but it's great for jumping back in when I'm ready. My body definitely feels better when I'm doing it regularly and I've been able to keep off 20 pounds (even when I eat horribly).
It's only $40/week for 8 weeks, and then you never pay for it again (each round of the program is 8 weeks - so you pay for the first round and then it's free forever).
