I'm not testing until I am officially late, don't want to get excited or bummed for no reason......

My periods are irregular since being off BCP, but I tested when I was 15-16DPO. I *think* I got a BFN Monday morning, but since I then got 3 BFP on Tuesday, I'm thinking I just didn't see the very faint line Monday morning.

Re: P.T. when is it too soon?
I tested 2 days before AF was due then again the day before. I really held off (as much as I could!!!).
Mostly because my wisdom tooth hurt so bad this weekend that I had to tell the dentist that there was a chance I could be pregnant and I had to make sure I could take the antibiotic.

Re: P.T. when is it too soon?
I've gotten two BFP's one at 17 dpo and one at 11dpo-you could probably test at 11dpo and about 80% of the time get your bp. Everyone is different(and every pregnancy)

Re: P.T. when is it too soon?
I'm confused about when I ovulated so I am going by CD also....I am currently on CD 34 and last month I got AF on CD 41 so I'm going to wait to as close to CD 41 as I can get....even though I'm having AF symptoms

Re: P.T. when is it too soon?
The smartest thing to do is simply wait until AF is supposed to arrive and then, hard as this sounds, wait 1-2 more days. Then you know you are "late" and it makes more sense to test. Besides, many women test too early, get a negative and then AF arrives and they assume it's a miscarriage! It is hard to wait, but mentally I think it's better to drag out testing than get mixed results and be upset!
