Anyone else go jogging?
I just asked my obgyn if it is safe for me to still go running and he said my heartrate can't get above 120 bts/min, but I know the last couple of weeks my heartrate has been 150. I was too freaked out to say anything to him. Does anyone else have a higher heartrate but still was working out?

i had to stop running, because i could never get my heartrate that low. Mine was 110 at rest or just walking up the stairs.
