A dishwasher is good enough. I occasionally use my microwave sterilzer when I don't have enough dishes to run the dishwasher.

i have a sterilizer, but i only used it a few times. now i just throw everything in the dishwasher. just get one of those baskets that go on the top rack of your dishwasher to hold all the nipples and caps and small parts. i think the sterilizer was a waste. you can always just throw the stuff in a pot of boiling water.
