Off the rack bridesmaid dresses?
Does this exist? I need a black chiffon bridesmaid dress and wondering if there's anywhere I can go and take it home that day?

try going to burton's bridal in melville, they will probably let you buy it off the rack. They're cash only though so make sure you have some w/ you

Yup! And they have some really nice dresses. If it doesn't have to be a specific style, you can always try a department store or a place like Estelle's.

A specific dress or any black chiffon dress ?
I keep driving past a formal dress store on Glen Cove Road just past Westbury Avenue. Can't remember the name of it. Nordstrom is pretty good with formal dresses as well.

Doesn't J.Crew have a bridal/bridesmaid line as well? Even like Lulu's or ASOS or Modcloth may have suitable options. They all have "bridesmaid" sections on their sites.

Any full length black chiffon. I'll look into the store. I'm actually in LOVE with one on Nordstrom website, but it's over $300

Maybe Macy’s. I’m not sure if they have what you’re looking for, but I got a bridesmaids dress there in November and I was surprised at how much they had.

Is Estelle's still open in Farmingdale? I haven't been there in years but they used to have a huge selection.

David's Bridal, some Macy's have a bridal department- you would have to buy the sample on the rack.
