audible question
i have yet to take the plunge on audible. lately, i've been seriously considering it, but i have a question.
is the monthly payment/membership the only way to buy audio books from them? with my work to pay off debt, this year, i don't know if i want to commit to a monthly payment.
thanks.

Re: audible question
Have you checked your local public library? I get all my audiobooks free from there. There are a lot of libraries tied to a common database of books. They have all the latest releases, plus massive amounts of books in general. You can place holds on the books, see how many are available, how long the wait might be. Just list books that are available immediately. You can borrow up to 5 books at a time, for 21 days each.
The app I use is called "Libby". I use it on my phone, but since it's web-based, I can listen to the books on any device.
It's all tied to your library card.

Download Libby and tie it to your library card. You can get audiobooks there and they are free.
