bday help needed.......
my dd is turning 4 next month. i am going to invite a couple of kids from her prek class. now heres my question. ALL of the kids im inviting from her class either have a younger or older brother or sister. and i know for a fact that some of the parents are going to have to bring them.i dont have enough money to invite the kids from her class and all their sibilings. what do i do?? just write the invited childs name on the invitation??? what a delima. i dont want to hurt anyones feelings. and if we had the money it wouldnt be a prolbem, but its just too expensive. what would you do?? tia

I haven't BTDT yet but, I would write the specific child's name on the invite and tell the parents that you're unfortunately limited to the number you can invite. HTH!!

Emma just got invited to a birthday party for her preschool-mate. It was addressed to her. I wouldnt even think of bringing Jeremy to the party. He wasn't invited. Hopefully if you address it to the child only the other parents would get the idea.

I agree, I always address them to the child specifically. I've never had a problem yet.
