This. That's my go to lately.
Or even Amazon but some older people aren't fans of online shopping so I'd stick to that for the younger ones

Re: Gift card advice

Honestly, I prefer either Amex or Visa gift cards, this way they can be used anywhere.

For the high school kids I would do Target or Amazon.

The dance teacher I would do Starbucks.

I do Target bc there isn’t a $5 activation fee. Otherwise I would do Amex or visa.

Re: Gift card advice

My DS used to always have the Kellenberg kids for religion... I usually did Dunkin Donuts or a movie gift card. My friends with high school aged kids said that's the best bet. He always had 3 kids teaching, so that works for lower value gift cards where it can seem silly to give a Target gift card if you are only gifting like $10-15.

The dance teacher I would probably do something like a Home Goods/Marshalls/TJ Maxx gift card. Or I agree that Target is a good one - covers everything from groceries to home stuff to clothing/shoes/accessories. But it depends on the person. If I know someone likes beauty for example, I might do Ulta or Sephora. Or for an older person, who shops in more traditional stores, maybe Macy's or Lord & Taylor.

Yes the activation fee kills me. That's why I do Target because most anyone can get something there.

Ya know what's kind of crazy- when you think about all the gc's these people receive especially dance instructors, bus drivers or even garbage men, I bet they can buy something pretty freakin nice. More than I could get with my bonus.

Re: Gift card advice

I like giving target gc because you can get anything there and there is no activation fee.

I give 10 for each religion and dance teacher.
