Night Terrors

Did your kids have night terrors? Dd started to start crying in the middle of her sleep a month or so ago and then last night she woke up and was crying hysterical.

I'm not sure but I swore my 8 month old was. He was waking up about 2 hours into sleep and screaming and thrashing uncontrollably. I couldn't do anything to make it stop. The more I cuddled him the worse it was. I read being overtired contributes to it. Ds is a terrible sleeper so it made sense for him. The last time it happened was like 2 weeks ago and I had to turn the lights on and yell his name because I couldn't take it anymore. Then he opened his eyes and acted as if nothing happened and went right back to sleep. I'm hoping it doesn't happen again!

My daughter did Lasted a few months

She would sit up. Eyes open. Screaming. But she wasn’t awake. She was actually still sleeping. Eyes open and all
