I love the portable charger idea and Yeti - they also make Yeti coffee mugs which my husband loves.

People don't want a lot of junk. It would be hard to find a gender neutral and somewhat impersonal gift in that price range that would appease a diverse crowd of people. And alcohol would be a go to suggestion but since that is eliminated, I'd stick to something like this:
food gift. Chocolates, or a cheese and sausage plate or other holiday snacks that you can find at costco/other places for $25.
scratch off lotto cards.
$25 gift card to stores/food/experiences: movies, bookstore, macys, starbucks, target, amazon, cold stone ice cream, etc.
Something themed for Christmas: Ornaments? Christmas Platter?
I'd really try to stick to food or money based. That would be most appreciated and not just donated or re-gifted.

Yes, Harry and David has some nice food gifts.
And even Bed Bath... near the register....I saw moose munch and Tates cookies etc

Swell or Yeti tumbler. My brother has these ice cubes that are like rocks and you keep in fridge so the ice doesn’t water down your drink.

We got a similar one with a popcorn bowl, kernels, and all different kinds of toppings- white cheddar, garlic parm, jalapeno, caramel, etc.
What about a game- like Taboo or Catch Phrase?

We usually give something that we would like to get  We have brought:
- Board games
- Breakfast sandwich maker
- Bluetooth speaker
- Cheese board with cutlery set
- Back massager
- GC for movie theater
I remember once getting a NYC picture book that was pretty nice.
BBB has good ideas.
